➢ Managed Nomination and Communications committees of 10-20 volunteers, employees, and officers, as an elected executive officer of a board


➢ As Secretary-Treasurer for a board, managed finances and taxes, including filing for 501c3
➢ Negotiated a three-party settlement with the Assistant Attorney General of NY State & Chair of the Cooper Union Board, regarding the Alumni Association’s legal responsibilities
➢ Drafted documentation now part of a NY State Supreme Court finding; see ​- Exhibit A here

➢ Design and implementation of normalized data-driven curriculum interface system
➢ Kickstarter design, including script and prop construction
